3. Simply fill in the supplied Product Returns Card, pop it in an envelope with your purchase and return it to us.
4. We will follow your instructions and either refund your order or exchange it for you.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site, simply return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund.
Sorry, we do not refund freight charges on delivery or the return of goods.
Goods Damaged In Transit
Please exhaust all avenues with your postal company prior to contacting The Jewellery Shop in the case of goods damaged in transit.
All possible care is taken by The Jewellery Shop to appropriately wrap and protect your order from damage in transit.
We will not accept liability for goods damaged in transit however we are prepared to make enquiries of our postal service providers on a customers behalf.
Method of Refunds
The Jewellery Shop will refund to your credit card, or we can post a cheque or international money order.
The method of refund is dependant upon your method of purchase. For example, we will not refund a purchase made using a credit card with a money order.
How To Make a Return
All we ask is that you complete the Returns Form and return it with the product in the condition you received it.

If for some reason you loose your Returns Card or do not receive a Returns Card with your order, please download and print the returns form below, fill in the required information and forward it to the below address along with the product you are returning.
This information must accompany all returns.
